Change Grow Live is a leading charity with a bold ambition to continuously improve the services we offer. We are the largest third-sector provider of drug and alcohol services in the UK and one of the largest employers of healthcare professionals outside of the NHS. Each year, we deliver support and care to over 200,000 people across more than 250 services in England and Scotland, through our teams of medics, psychiatrists, nurses, pharmacists, professional body specialists, trained staff and lived and living experience volunteers and peers.

A little bit about me: I’m Martin, the Chief Financial Officer here at Change Grow Live and I oversee Finance, Digital and IT, Facilities and Bounce Back, a subsidiary organisation of ours. I joined the organisation in March 2024 and from day one, I’ve been struck by the passion and commitment of our frontline and central teams. The work we do changes lives, and I feel incredibly privileged to be part of it.

We're at a pivotal moment in our journey, with a new organisation strategy launching soon, and we want you to be a part of it! We know that digital, and technology capabilities are critical for us to continue our journey to better support more individuals.

In this role, you'll shape the strategic development of our digital and technology ambitions, improving outcomes for our staff, volunteers, and service users. You'll lead the way in defining, developing, and delivering Change Grow Live's digital and technology strategy, ensuring it aligns with our mission and strategic goals and putting people who need our services at the heart of our delivery.
